​Tax Resolution Services LLC was established by Michael S. Paolini CPA to provide resolutions for
individuals and businesses that need IRS issues solved. For over 30 years, Michael has been
representing clients before the IRS to help resolve their IRS issues.

Michael takes classes yearly to further his extensive knowledge of the tax laws and their constant
changes. Many of these classes are given by the IRS. His reputation of compliance and ethics when
representing your interests before the IRS and state tax authorities is extremely important.

Currently, Michael Paolini, and his staff of accountants, tax preparers and IRS paperwork consultants
have saved clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax liability through tax penalty removal,
Installment Agreements, Offers-in-Compromise, current non-collectible status and proper tax planning.
Michael Paolini graduated from LaSalle University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in
Accounting in 1979. He soon after received his CPA designation.

Michael was CNN’s Tax Expert for their Comcast Newsmakers program from 2007 to 2010. Comcast
Newsmakers was seen by 10.5 million viewers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. His
interviews were broadcast on CNN Headline News, one of the most respected and watched news and
information networks on television.

Michael also has taught business classes at Harris School of Business.
